American rapper and songwriter Bhad Bhabie gave fans a devastating health update on Saturday when she insinuated that her battle with blood cancer isn’t over yet.

The “Gucci Flip Flop” rapper posted on X: “Bad news from my doctor yesterday, god has the last say so not my cancer.”

BB first shared her cancer diagnosis in November 2024, responding to fans who noticed a significant weight loss. She said her cancer medication was the reason behind her shedding pounds. A family source later confirmed that the rapper was battling cancer.

BB didn’t reveal the type of cancer she had until January 2025 when she told fans her white blood cell count is high, which is a sign of some blood cancers or bone marrow disorders.

Cancer diagnosis, however, didnโt stop BB from living her best life. Last year, she got a nose job after her doctor’s approval but received massive backlash from fans. That did not seem to affect the rapper.

“This is my face. I didnโt like it so I fixed it,” she hit out at the critics on her Instagram Story, adding that those who care about her face are “crazy.”

Later, she hit the studio to create a diss track about Travis Barkerโs daughter Alabama. The duo first engaged in mud-slinging in early 2025, throwing insults back and forth through song and social media.

BB even invited Alabama Barker to fight but the all-out brawl never went down.
