Reality TV star-turned-beauty mogul Kylie Jenner is in legal trouble!

ย

โ€œThe Kardashiansโ€ star is facing a lawsuit from her former housekeeper Angelica Vasquez over allegations of harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination.

ย

As per court documents, Vasquez has alleged that she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” while working at Jenner’s home in Hidden Hills, California.

ย

Vazquez filed the lawsuit against Kylie and two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services, on April 17, listing her employment details from September 2024 to August 2025, during which she claims she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” from her first day.

ย

While the filing does not attribute any of the allegations to Jenner, the 28-year-old is named as a defendant alongside 25 other individuals who have yet to be identified.

ย

Described as a “a Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic,” Vasquez alleged in her complaint that she was “routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of co-workers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment” during her employment at Jennerโ€™s home.

ย

“This conduct was continuous and created a toxic and abusive work environment. No remedial action was taken by any supervisors who witnessed this,” the complaint states.

ย

Vasquez alleged that when she retaliated, she experienced “increased workload; reduction of scheduled hours; false accusations and disciplinary warnings; continued public humiliation; and hostile verbal and physical conduct.”

ย

She further alleged that “things got violent” in March 2025, when an unnamed supervisor allegedly “threw hangers at [her] feet while reprimanding her.”

ย

Vasquez said she developed “anxiety, severe stress and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” during her employment that required her to take a medical leave in July 2025.

ย

“Upon her return, the hostile conditions continued,” the complaint alleged, saying “working conditions had become intolerable” by August 2025 that Vasquez “had no choice but to resign.”

ย

Vasquez is seeking punitive and restitution damages “in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld.”

ย

Meanwhile, Jenner is yet to address the lawsuit publicly.
