Khloé Kardashian says ‘bridge is burned’ with ex Lamar Odom

Reality TV star Khloé Kardashian is done with her ex-husband Lamar Odom.

The Good American founder was caught off guard by some of the things Lamar said in his Netflix documentary, “Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom”, which she also appeared in.

A couple of weeks after it aired, Khloé used her podcast to set the record straight and address his comments directly.

Khloé was talking to her mom, Kris Jenner, who asked if she had heard from Odom. Khloé confirmed that she had not, adding that she thinks he’s “been doubling down.”

The 41-year-old mother of two said he clearly doesn’t care about her, but she’s surprised to see that he’s ready to lose the family.

“He was playing me from the beginning of the dock. It’s not like he was only doing bad press about me. He sat down and gave bad interviews about me in the documentary,” she said. “So that’s where I’m like, you asked me to be a part of something, and I willingly did so, and you’re just like talking about me,” Khloé added, making it clear that “it’s over”.

“But we’re not talking to him anymore,” she said. “The bridge is burned, and I have no more rope left to throw over. Period.”

In the documentary, Odom admitted that he was drawn to Khloé because of the Kardashian lifestyle. “I’m watching how she lives and their lifestyle,” he says in the doc. “I’m like, ‘This is how I want to live.’”

Talking about Odom’s comments, a visibly hurt Khloé told her friend Malika Haqq, “You’re sitting on camera saying you married me for fame? I feel so dumb. I spent hours doing this documentary as a favour.”

Later, during an appearance on the Today show on April 6, Odom had denied that Khloé “saved his life” during his 2015 overdose, attributing his recovery to God, and questioned his ex’s claim that his late father, Joe Odom, said to not put the NBA player “on life support.”
