Shares of diversified group ITC tumbled on Friday, May 22, 2026, after the company announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY2025-26 and final dividend of Rs 8 for its shareholders. The stock opened at Rs 307.25, down Rs 0.75, or 0.24 per cent, from the previous close of Rs 308. The scrip dipped further to touch a low of Rs 303.30, representing a decline of Rs 4.70 or 1.52 per cent. Last seen, the stock was trading at Rs 304.45 with a fall of 1.15 per cent, and the market cap of the company was Rs 3,81,271.72 crore.ย On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the stock opened at Rs 305.90 and touched intraday highs and lows of Rs 307 and Rs 303.30, respectively.
