The grey market premium (GMP) of the NSE IPO moderated, and according to Investorgain, the unlisted shares are trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 48. Considering the upper price band of Rs 1785, the company’s shares are expected to list at around Rs 1,833, reflecting a grey market premium of 2.69 per cent.

Rs 6,746 crore from anchor investors

Earlier, the NSE raised Rs 6,746 crore from anchor investors, including state-owned Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Goldman Sachs and Fidelity.

The IPO comprises an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 12.64 crore equity shares by existing shareholders. Since the offering is entirely an OFS, the proceeds from the share sale will accrue to existing shareholders, not the NSE.

NSE IPO allotment date

The allotment process is expected to be finalised on September 22, 2026.
