Market Opening Bell: Sensex drops 372 points, Nifty holds 22,800 amid mixed global cues
Mumbai: A day after a positive closing, Indian equity benchmark indices, the Sensex and Nifty, started the trading session on a negative note on Tuesday, amid mixed global cues, following US President Donald Trump's new deadline for Iran. While the 30-share BSE Sensex shed 372.49 points or 0.50 per cent to start the session at 73,734.36, the Nifty fell 129.55 points to open at 22,838.70.
