Mushtaq Khan, Known for ‘Welcome’, Passes Away

Bollywood actor Mushtaq Khan, remembered for his performances in films such as ‘Welcome’ and ‘Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke’, died on Thursday, September 24. He was in his late 50s. New Delhi: Indian banks will monitor merchants to ensure that the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) on UPI transactions will not be passed on to consumers. The Finance Ministry will hold meeting with Indian Banks' Association (IBA), Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) on MDR issue.
