BJP Chief Nitin Nabin to Visit Western UP on September 21

BJP National President Nitin Nabin will make a two-day visit to Western Uttar Pradesh on September 21 and 22 to assess the partyโ€™s organisational readiness and election-related preparations in the state.

ย

During his September 21 visit to Meerut, Nabin will meet BJP MLAs and MPs from the western region. Discussions with regional party office-bearers are also scheduled, with the meetings expected to cover organisational matters, grassroots mobilisation and preparations for upcoming electoral challenges.

On September 22, the BJP president will travel to Saharanpur and seek the blessings of Maa Shakumbhari Devi. He will subsequently attend several party programmes and organisational activities in the region.

ย

The visit forms part of the BJPโ€™s wider effort to strengthen its organisational network and evaluate preparations at the grassroots level across Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier, Nabin criticised Congress leader and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhiโ€™s planned Chhatron Ki Goonj programme. He claimed that the event was intended to divert attention from voices within the Congress seeking a change in the partyโ€™s leadership.

ย

โ€œThe Oppositionโ€™s unemployment will never end. Chhatron Ki Goonj is being organised to suppress the voice emerging within the Congress for a change in Rahul Gandhi,โ€ Nabin said.

ย

His comments came ahead of Gandhiโ€™s scheduled September 19 programme in Indore, where he is expected to participate in Chhatron Ki Goonj and interact with students and young people.

ย

Nabin also said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had received public support across the country because of his people-centric development schemes. He stated that villages, colonies and every part of the country were covered by the Prime Ministerโ€™s development initiatives, resulting in blessings for him from across the nation.
