Sucre: Around 10 to 15 people were killed on Friday (local time) after an explosion at a military base in Bolivia, local health director Rita Nebraska told Noticias Bolivision television. The blast took place at a military base located in the western Bolivian city of Viacha. Firecrackers were stored where the explosion took place.
