He has also co-written the screenplay along with Sesh. In addition to Sesh, the movie features performances by Mrunal Thakur and filmmaker-actor Anurag Kashyap.

Released on April 10, the Sesh-led film opened strongly, collecting Rs 15 crore globally on its first day. The filmโs total worldwide earnings have now surpassed Rs 40 crore.

โDacoitโ tells the story of a furious convict driven by revenge against his former girlfriend, who betrayed him. The project is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, co-presented by Suniel Narang, and presented by Annapurna Studios.
