After backlash, Ranveer Singh apologises for ‘Kantara’ imitation

Following massive backlash, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has now issued an apology to Rishab Shetty for mimicking a scene from "Kantara: A Legend Chapter-1".   The 40-year-old actor said his intention was not to "hurt anyone's sentiments".   The incident happened on November 28 during the closing ceremony of the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa.   Ranveer stuck his tongue out as he imitated a scene from the Rishab’s film "Kantara: A Legend Chapter-1".   A clip from the incident went viral on social media with netizens trolling Ranveer for what they termed distasteful behaviour.  …
