Celebrities approach Delhi HC for protection of their personality rights for reputation of being good at it

In recent months many celebrities have been seen approaching Delhi High Court for protection of their personality rights. From Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan to Nagarjuna, Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff, it appears like the  star cast of a blockbuster film, but the list is beyond bollywood celebrities. Experts attribute it to the reputation of the HC for being good at protecting IP rights.   It’s not just actors. Sean sentenced to 50 months in prison for prostitution convictions

In the federal criminal case that revealed the hip-hop mogul's use of paid sex workers for drug-fueled, occasionally violent sex parties he dubbed "freak-offs," Sean "Diddy" Combs was sentenced on Friday to four years and two months. The 55-year-old Combs was found guilty in July of transporting his girlfriends and male prostitutes across the nation.   He was cleared of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have resulted in a life sentence.
