Indian billionaire Gautam Adaniโs younger son Jeet got married today in a simple wedding ceremony in Ahmedabad with reportedly 300 guests including family members, relatives and very close friends.

Jeet married Diva Shah, daughter of Gujarati diamond merchant Jaimin Shah at Ahmedabadโs Belvedere club located in the Adani Shantigram area. The wedding ceremony was conducted with Gujarati Hindu Jain marriage rituals.

The wedding ceremony that started at 2 pm today was devoid of any film stars or VVIP guests as was expected by many previously.

Jeet has been a supporter of disabled and differently challenged. Two days before the wedding, Adani family announced โMangal Sevaโ, a program to support newly married women with disabilities. To begin with, every year, 500 such women will be provided financial assistance of INR 10 lakh each. Jeet Adani met 21 newly married divyang women and their husbands to launch this initiative.

Gautam Adani has pledged Rs. 10,000 crores to โSevaโ – Social causes on the occasion of sonโs wedding. This donation will be channelled through various social causes.

The larger part of his donation is expected to go into funding massive infrastructure initiatives in healthcare, education and skill development. These initiatives will focus on giving all sections of society access to a network of affordable world-class hospitals and medical colleges, affordable top-tier K-12 schools and advanced global skill academies with assured employability.

On the occasion of the wedding of his younger son, Gautam Adani posted a message on X (formerly Twitter).

The message in Hindi declared the wedding of his soon Jeet with Diva. In the post made in Hindi language Gautam Adani called Diva as her daughter.

He specially apologised in the tweet for all those he has not been able to invite, since it was a small and very personal ceremony.

Jeet Adani currently serves as Director at Adani Airports, managing six international airports and overseeing the building of a seventh in Navi Mumbai.
