Shares of state-owned Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) are in focus today as they are set to trade ex-date on August 22, 2025 for a final dividend. The counter opened flat at 731.20 and gained to touch the high of Rs 734, representing a gain of 0.38 per cent from the previous close. However, it later fell to touch the intraday low of Rs 729. But it bounced back, and last seen, it was trading in green. The scrip has been gaining for the last three days and has risen 1.27 per cent in the period. Technically, it trades higher than the 5-day moving averages but lower than the 20-day, 50-day, 100-day and 200-day moving averages.

The 52-week high of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation is Rs 956.80, and the 52-week low is Rs 655.70. The market cap of the company isย 58,436 crore.

IRCTC Dividend 2025 Amount

The Navratna PSU has announced a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each.ย

The company has fixed August 22, 2205, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for this corporate action. The shares of IRCTC are trading ex-date today, which means it is the last day to buy the shares of the company to avail the benefits of the corporate action.ย

The company stated that the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

According to BSE Analytics, the stock has given a multibagger return of 172 per cent in five years. However, in three years, the stock has corrected 0.69 per cent. While it has gained 12.26 per cent in two years, the stock has dipped 21.89 per cent in one year.
