IT stock below Rs 50 trades in green as company commences execution of master services agreement

Shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd are trading in the green even as benchmark indices remain volatile despite supportive global cues, with US equities ending higher on Friday and early Asian markets mixed. Oil prices have eased ahead of expected US sanctions on Iran, although Brent remains elevated near USD 93, keeping geopolitical risks relevant. Amid this, the counter started the trading session in the green at Rs 22.99 against the previous close of Rs 22.11 on the BSE. It gained further to touch the intraday high of Rs 23.54, representing a gain of Rs 1.43 or 6.46 per cent from the previous close.

Last seen, the stock held firmly in the green and traded at Rs 22.98, up 3.93 per cent, and the company’s market cap stood at Rs 2,121.24 crore. The stock traded in the green even as Sensex tumbled 308.50 points, or 0.40 per cent, to 77,232.33, and Nifty fell 100.05 points, or 0.41 per cent, to 24,151.95.

The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 38, hit on November 6, 2025. The 52-week low of the counter is Rs 16.51, touched on January 27, 2026.

What’s behind the rally?

The stock is in action as the company has stated that it has commenced delivery of services under the Master Services Agreement (MSA) with SpaceX International Ltd., MY, with Statement of Work No. 1 beginning August 24, 2026.

Commenting on this, the company’s Group Chairman Tejesh Kumar Kodali said the deal demonstrates Blue Cloud’s ability to execute large-scale, multi-domain technology projects. He added that this work across AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom, and data centre solutions will strengthen the company’s international delivery capabilities and support further growth.

Contract value of first work

The total contract value of this first work order is USD 150 million. This includes USD 70 million for AI Infrastructure, USD 25 million for Cybersecurity, USD 25 million for Telecommunications, and USD 30 million for Data Centre Solutions. According to the company, delivery and billing for this project are expected to begin this quarter.

Amid this, the stock has outperformed the sector by 3.87 per cent, and technically it is trading above the 5-day, 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages.ย ย
