Actor Jacqueline Fernandez made a striking return to the French Riviera for the 79th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. The star attended luxury jewellery house Chopardโs high-profile โMiracleโ show, which was held during the prestigious film event.

Documenting the evening for her followers on Instagram, Jacqueline shared a photograph of herself navigating a purple carpet at dusk. She opted for a sophisticated monochrome look, wearing a form-fitting, strapless black mini dress heavily embellished with shimmering sequins and intricate beadwork, paired with classic black pumps. As an ambassador for the evening, she accessorised the ensemble with a statement diamond necklace and a coordinating bracelet from Chopard’s latest collection. Her styling was completed with voluminous, middle-parted Hollywood waves, subtle smoky eye makeup, and a neutral nude lip. Alongside the photograph, she congratulated the brand and its creative directors on the new collection.

The 2026 festival, running from May 12 to May 23, marks Jacquelineโs third consecutive year at Cannes. In 2024, she made headlines representing India at the premiere of the horror-thriller โThe Substanceโ. The following year, she was celebrated as one of six global honourees by the Red Sea Film Foundationโs Women in Cinema initiative, which recognised her ongoing contributions to the film industry.

On the professional front, the actor was recently seen in the Sonu Sood-directed action thriller ‘Fateh’ and the ensemble comedy โHousefull 5โ. At present, she is preparing for her next release, ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, which is the third instalment of the popular comedy franchise directed by Ahmed Khan. And she will feature alongside a star-studded cast including Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty.
