Kourtney Kardashian is 3 years sober

Following in the footsteps of her husband, Travis Barker, reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian has embraced the sober lifestyle.

The eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings celebrated a major personal milestone by sharing with her Instagram followers that she hasn’t had alcohol “in three years.”

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum, 46, shared the feat on her Story while documenting her “fancy Friday.”

In the post, Kardashian was given “a little gin mocktail with Ritual [zero-proof] gin.” The non-alcoholic beverage was topped with two pieces of sister Khloé Kardashian’s Khloud protein popcorn. Kourtney wrote that her sibling “def[initely] told” the server she had been abstaining from drinking.

She did not provide any further insight into her decision to go alcohol-free.

Kourtney has been married to Travis, 50, since 2022—and the “Blink-182” rocker is 17 years sober.

The couple welcomed their first child together, son Rocky, in November 2023 and Kourtney confirmed at an awards ceremony two years later that she still breastfeeds the toddler.

Kourtney is also mother to son Mason, 16, daughter Penelope, 13, and son Reign, 11, with her ex Scott Disick. Kourtney dated Disick, who has long struggled with addiction on and off between 2006 and 2015. He has made headlines for his rehab stays multiple times over the years, latest being in 2020.
