A documentary based on the life and career of iconic singer-musician and former The Beatles band member, Paul McCartney is set to be streamed on a popular OTT platform from February 25, 2026.
Prime Video announced on Monday that โMan on the Runโ, which chronicles McCartneyโs life after the breakup of The Beatles, will stream globally from next year, featuring never-before-seen footage and rare archival materials on the musicianโs transformative decade.
The film offers an intimate look at the legendary musicianโs journey through the 1970s, as he formed the band, โWingsโ, with his wife, Linda, and attempted to recreate a solo identity after the worldโs most famous band disbanded, said the streamer in a statement.ย
โMan on the Runโ has been directed by Academy Award-winner, Morgan Neville, and produced by Tremolo in association with MPL and Polygram Entertainment. McCartney also serves as an executive producer alongside Caitrin Rogers; Neville, Chloe Simmons, and Meghan Walsh for Tremolo; Scott Rodger and Ben Chappell for MPL; and Michele Anthony and David Blackman for Polygram Entertainment.
It is presented by Amazon MGM Studios.ย
