Mamata Banerjee rules out Congress alliance for 2026 Bengal polls
A day after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee ruled out an alliance between the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and Congress for the 2026 state elections, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut suggested that she should continue discussions with Congress. On Monday, Banerjee blamed the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress for the Opposition's poor performance in the Delhi and Haryana assembly elections.
