PSL 2026 to face West Asia war impact, PCB announces major changes for tournament

New Delhi: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Sunday that the initial phase of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2026 will be played behind closed doors due to heightened tensions in the region stemming from the West Asia war. The PCB chairman, Mohsin Naqvi, stated that the tournament will begin on March 26, but the spectators won't be allowed to enter for the initial phase at least. Dasun Shanaka becomes latest to ditch Pakistan Super League, set to feature for Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2026

New Delhi: In what has become a regular occurrence for the PSL (Pakistan Super League), star all-rounder Dasun Shanaka has reportedly opted out of the PSL 2026.
