Shares of Sunshine Pictures Ltd, promoted by film and television producer-director Vipul Shah, will debut on the bourses today, i.e., on August 25, 2026. Shares are expected to make a positive debut as Sunshine Pictures’ initial public offering (IPO)ย received 105.81 times subscription on the last day of bidding on Thursday. The grey market premium (GMP) is also hinting at a positive debut. According to data available on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the Rs 282-crore IPO received bids for 58,04,90,382 shares against 54,86,051 shares on offer. The non-institutional investor category was subscribed 197.04 times. The portion for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) received 123.52 times subscription, and the quota for retail investors was subscribed 56.60 times. The public issue price band was fixed at Rs 342-360 per share.
Sunshine Pictures IPO GMP ahead of listing
According to Investorgain, the Sunshine Pictures IPO is commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of around Rs 50 today, implying a potential 13.89 per cent premium over the issue price of Rs 360. This means the stock may debut at around Rs 410.ย
Ahead of the IPO, Sunshine Pictures Ltd mobilised Rs 84.64 crore from nine anchor investors. The company plans to utilise up to Rs 112.50 crore from the IPO proceeds to meet its long-term working capital requirements, with the remaining amount earmarked for general corporate purposes.
Shankesh Jewellers IPO Listing Today
Meanwhile, shares of Shankesh Jewellers Ltd will also debut on the NSE and BSE. The public issue received a muted response from investors and was subscribed 2.80 times on the final day of bidding on Thursday. According to data available on the NSE, the company’s Rs 367-crore IPO received bids for 7,74,38,400 shares against 2,76,37,400 shares on offer. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 88-93 per equity share.
Shankesh Jewellers IPO GMP Today
Shankesh Jewellers IPO’s unlisted shares are trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 2.75. Considering the upper price band of Rs 93, the company’s shares are expected to list at around Rs 95.75, reflecting a grey market premium of 2.96 per cent.
