Colombian military plane crashes after takeoff near Peru border; 80 troops feared dead | VIDEO

BOGOTA (Colombia): A transport plane of the Colombian military crashed shortly after takeoff from Puerto Leguizamo, near the southern border with Ecuador, said officials on Monday.
