Yolanda Hadid is engaged to real estate developer

TV personality and former model Yolanda Hadid is entering an exciting new chapter of her life.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum is engaged to real estate developer Randy Kendrick, who, according to reports, is the founder and CEO of Xebec, and CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, as well as Sandow Lakes Energy Company.

The couple has been extremely private about their romantic relationship.

Yolanda’s recent engagement announcement arrives just over a year after her quiet split from former fiancé Joseph Jingoli. The pair, who initially crossed paths in Pennsylvania back in 2017, later relocated to Texas to construct their dream house together and got engaged in 2024.

The 62-year-old reality star was previously married to Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000. The couple share children Gigi Hadid, 31, Bella Hadid, 29, and Anwar Hadid, 27. Yolanda was also married to David Foster from 2011 to 2017.

Since her 2016 departure from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, Yolanda has prioritised her health alongside her children, Bella and Anwar, who also share her Lyme disease diagnosis.

The trio has remained remarkably open about their medical struggles, turning their personal battles into a mission to educate the public about the tick-borne illness. “I always say that we have to turn our mess into a message,” Yolanda said in a 2021 interview.

She added, “By sharing the more uncomfortable parts of our lives, we have the power to raise awareness.”

Yolanda has also found that living with Lyme has taught her “patience and dedication.”

“My ‘new normal’ is much slower and more in tune with who I am,” she shared. “I’ve also learned to love my authentic self with all my imperfections.”
