Kathmandu: Nepal's National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA) has issued a fresh warning over rising flood flow in the Bhote Koshi River as rescue operations continue following devastating flash floods along the Nepal-Tibet border. Kathmandu: Nepal has praised India's support following the devastating floods that have killed more than 600 people, with Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle describing Prime Minister Narendra Modi as "exceptionally generous" in the country's time of crisis.
