Police officers were reportedly present at the station.

(not oc),” referring to the financial impact of ticketless travel.Users questioned the passengers’ decision. User shares experience of ticket checking at Dhanbad Junction

One Reddit user described seeing TTEs waiting near foot overbridge pillars at Dhanbad Junction and standing near exits in plain clothes. The user wrote, “That’s why I’ve seen that at Dhanbad Junction many times TTE’s hide beside the pillars of FOB and some of them come in civil dress and stand at the front of the gate the moment trains stop. Once they block the exit passage temporarily TTEs attack”Another commenter reacted to the video by writing, “India is such a goner country,”.

According to the user, the practice ended after the friend’s bag strap got caught in a door handle.Recalling the incident, the user wrote, “my friend did this every morning in mumbai. till one day his bag strap got stuck in the door handle.
