Tanker carrying Russian oil targeted in underwater attack near Bosporus Strait: Turkey

Istanbul: A vessel that was loaded with Russian oil was targeted by an unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) near the northern entrance of the Bosporus Strait, said a Turkish minister on Thursday.
